SPEEDQUOTE AI PARTNER PROGRAM — TERMS
1. ELIGIBILITY
The program is open to individuals and companies. Approval is at
our discretion. You are responsible for your own taxes.
2. COMMISSION
You earn 20% of the monthly subscription value of every client
you refer, recurring for as long as that client remains an active
paying customer. No cap and no expiration.
3. THE 2+1 BONUS
Once you have one active client and refer two additional clients,
you earn a one-time bonus of 15% of the combined monthly value of
those two additional clients. This bonus is paid once, not
recurring.
4. ATTRIBUTION
Referrals are tracked by cookie for 60 days from the first click,
on a last-click basis. A referral counts only if the client signs
up through your tracking link and becomes a paying customer.
5. PAYMENTS
Commissions are released 30 days after the client's payment
clears. Payouts are issued monthly via PayPal once your balance
reaches USD $50. Balances below that roll over to the next month.
You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address in
your affiliate dashboard.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If a client requests a refund or cancels within the first 30 days,
the related commission is voided. Chargebacks are deducted from
your balance.
7. WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
- Referring yourself, your own company, or existing customers
- Unsolicited email, spam, or bulk messaging
- Paid ads bidding on "SpeedQuote", "SpeedQuote AI", or
misspellings of them
- Claiming specific earnings, guaranteed results, or income
promises on our behalf
- Presenting yourself as an employee or official representative
of SpeedQuote AI or Ruvanox Technology
8. TERMINATION
Either party may end this agreement at any time. Commissions
already earned and cleared will be paid. Violating section 7
forfeits any unpaid balance.
9. CHANGES
We may update these terms. Changes apply to referrals made after
the update, never retroactively.
